Looking forward to football
Don't Call It a Comeback

Welcome to the fall semester and Razorback football season, the most exciting time of year on campus. With a new coaching staff and new players stepping into key positions, the Hogs' destiny this season is anyone's guess.
But things do look promising. Win or lose, it's a great year to be a Hog fan for the sake of being a Hog fan.
Here are the top five things to look forward to this season:
5. Homecoming Nov. 1 vs. Tulsa.
Bobby Petrino vs. Gus Malzahn. A chess match for the ages.
These two play-callers work in X's and O's like da Vinci worked in paints. For a true football fan, this game is a real treat.
Petrino and Malzahn are evenly matched offensive strategists. Malzahn may have a slight edge, considering this is his second year with the Golden Hurricane.
However, the Tulsa defense, which was abysmal last season, will have to keep up to give Malzahn a chance.
This is a showdown between two of the best minds in the game.
4. Casey Dick.
Dick has had moments of brilliance in his career. But mostly, he's been simply competent.
In three years, he's also had the consummate never-give-up attitude, overcoming quarterback controversies and injuries.
Now Hog fans would love nothing more than to see Dick extend those moments of brilliance into games of brilliance. Or a whole season of brilliance, for that matter.
He has the Petrino brothers advising him and calling his plays in his swan song. Taking his game to the next level would cement his legacy.
3. Oct. 25 vs. Ole Miss in Fayetteville.
The Return of HDN.
Is this the biggest game of the season? Probably not.
But it should be the most fun.
Nutt still loves the Razorback helmet, but he'll be donning the blue and grey on this trip to Fayetteville. The raucous Razorback faithful should have Reynolds Stadium rocking.
In fact, it should be so deafening that Nutt can't call those plays … brotha.
