Kentucky might be getting back on track.
Days after upsetting then-No. 3 Tennessee, the Kentucky Wildcats got above .500 in Southeastern Conference play with a 78-70 victory over South Carolina on Saturday. Tennis Hogs drop home opener
After the first three team points had been decided Sunday, the Razorback tennis team found itself trailing No. 69 Fresno State, 3-0. A brief rally by the Arkansas netters put the team in position to erase the deficit, but the Bulldogs held their lead to beat the Razorbacks, 4-3, Sunday at the Walton Life Fitness Center in Bentonville, Ark.…

Bailey, McCorkel earn conference honors
Razorbacks Alain Bailey and Spencer McCorkel earned weekly track and field awards given out by the Southeastern Conference, it was announced on Tuesday.
Bailey, a sophomore from Kingston, Jamaica, earned SEC Field Athlete of the Week honors after winning the long jump at the Razorback Invitational last weekend.… Post the First Comment |
Gym'Backs ranked No. 9 in latest poll
The UA gymnastics team climbed up to ninth place in this week's GymInfo Coaches Poll.
Ranked No. 10 last week, the Gym'Backs moved up a spot to No. 9 after scoring a 195.25 in a win against then-No. 14 Penn State Friday. This week's poll averages the first three scores of the 2008 season and Arkansas was able to move up.… Post the First Comment |
